We've been holed up in the house the past few days because Cooper & Layla were sick. Layla's pretty much better now but mommy decided to keep her home from pre-school just to be sure. But it was finally sunny today, and we had to get out of the house, so mommy bundled up the kids and we took a drive to Tim Hortons. Layla usually just gets a timbit or two, but today mommy also got her a hot chocolate. Mommy got a coffee and when we got home we sat at the table eating our timbits and drinking our "coffees." Yes, Layla insisted I call her hot chocolate a coffee too. 

Cooper took his first steps today! Unfortunately, he did them with Daddy when mommy and Layla were at Layla's dance lessons. He made it up to me though. Since I got home, he'll only walk to me and refuses to walk to daddy if I'm in the room. Such a mama's boy. This picture isn't that great, and he's not exactly walking in it, but he kept clamming up in front of the camera. Maybe tomorrow's photo will be one of him actually walking.  :)
